Augusto Jorge Cury (Colina, October 2, 1958) is a Brazilian doctor, psychiatrist, psychotherapist and self-help writer. He developed the theory of multi-focal intelligence, about the working of the mind, the process of construction of thought, and formation of thinkers. His books have sold more than 10 million copies just in Brazil. He was considered by the newspaper Folha de São Paulo as the most-read Brazilian author of the decade. He is currently published in more than 50 countries.
