One of the novelties that the Book Biennial launches in its 2010 edition is the Gourmet Sensations. With the theme cooking with words, the curator of this space will be journalist and editor André Boccato and will bring together kitchen chefs who are authors of books, to offer practice classes and debates to the audience about good cooking and literature.
